*WyDA reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any event at any time; to grant members priority over non-members when registering for courses/events; and to deny any request to attend an event.
Cancellation Requests prior to Early Registration Deadline:
Refund requests for registration will be granted a full refund; less a $15 processing fee. The request must be received on or before the meeting’s early registration date.
Exceptions will not apply.
Cancellation Requests between Early Registration Deadline and the day before the event begins:
Refund requests for registration fees will be granted a 50% refund; less a $15 processing fee. The request must be received no later than 5 p.m. on the day before the event begins.
Exceptions will not apply.
After Event:
No cancellation requests or refund requests will be accepted or granted after the scheduled start to any event. This includes cancellations due to illness, late arrivals, weather, parking difficulties or any other reasons. Refunds are not issued for no shows.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Dr. Weston Spencer, DDS is a cosmetic dentist and CEO/Co-Founder of SPP Dental Partners, a Dental Partnership Group focusing on preserving the Private Practice journey. Dr Spencer graduated from Loma Linda in 2010, started as an associate, then purchased his first practice in 2014. His practice is in La Jolla, CA. Dr Spencer has lectured on behalf of Kerr, Straumann and Smile Virtual focusing on digital dentistry, case acceptance and marketing. His side hustle is co-managing a family schedule for 5 kids with his wife Ashley.
Bryant Gibby is a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. He was the General Manager of 2 different dealerships, which gave him the opportunity to learn how to build efficiencies in running a profitable business. He joined SPP Dental Partners just over 2 years ago as the VP of Partnerships. SPP is a Dental Partnership Group that is super passionate about “Saving Private Practice”. He’s married with 3 kids (17, 14, and 11). He is a very passionate, outgoing person.
Dr. Cameron J. Townsend DDS, MS is a full-time clinical endodontist and the owner of Great Northern Endodontics. He graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2004 and completed a one-year (AEGD) residency through the United States Air Force at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. After three years in the Air Force, Dr. Townsend returned to Marquette to complete his endodontic residency in 2009. He resides in Billings, Montana, with his wife, Kari Townsend, and their six children. Dr. Townsend stays busy managing his family’s activities and has also had the opportunity to speak across the country on a variety of endodontic topics.
Dr Jeffrey M. Clark, DDS, MS is a proud native of Billings, Montana, completed his dental education at Loma Linda School of Dentistry, earning his degree in 2012. Following graduation, he dedicated himself to serve in the U.S. Navy,, where he further honed his skills. Dr. Clark completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Great Lakes, Illinois an, and pursued residency training in Endodontics at Walter Reed national Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, from which he graduated in 2021. After concluding his distinguished service in 2024, he joined Great Northern Endodontics. Bringing his expertise and commitment to patient care to the practice.
Jeff Stubblefield has almost 45 years of experience as a dental technician with Dental Arts Laboratories, Inc. He currently is the General Manager and Technical Director of the DAL Signature Restorations Laboratory, a division of DAL specializing in highly functional esthetic restorations. As an experienced and highly talented technician, Jeff’s primary focus is in cosmetics and reconstructive cases. He continues to strive to integrate the digital world into his fundamental understanding of how form follows function. He has received extensive training at the Dawson Academy, the Spear Institute, the Ross Nash Institute, Cranham Dental Seminars, the Midwest Center for Advanced Dental Education, and the Aesthetic Advantage Midwest. He also works very closely with such esteemed practitioners as Dr Glenn Dupont, Dr. Ross Nash, Dr. Robert Lowe, Dr. John Cranham, and Dr. Gary Radz. As both a guest lecturer and a DAL representative, Jeff travels nationally for DAL, attending as many as thirty seminars each year. He is also a published author.
Dr. Greg Grobmyer, DDS practiced clinical dentistry in Tennessee for over a decade before chemotherapy from a cancer battle left him with numb fingers. Having to exit clinical practice, he began coaching and consulting with dental offices nationwide on practice management topics. In addition to coaching, he wrote on dental topics for numerous industry publications and websites and contributed to many consumer publications, including Reader’s Digest, New York Magazine, Men’s Health, Slate, and Insider Magazine. He even spent a few years moonlighting in standup comedy, which helped him become an engaging and entertaining speaker. Dr. Grobmyer is currently the Editor-in-Chief of Dr. Charles Blair’s annually updated Dental Coding with Confidence book and Practice Booster’s Insurance Solutions Newsletter, a contributing editor to the Dental Administration with Confidence and Dental Documentation with Confidence books, a course creator and lecturer for DentalZing.com, lead Revenue Enhancement Program Private Consulting Specialist, and host of The Dental Code Advisor Podcast. His dynamic career and unique expertise make him a sought-after speaker and consultant in the dental field.
